I’m a writer by profession, I write for various publications and journals on a weekly basis. I had an article to submit and the publication for which I was writing needed it in a weeks time. I had finished it well in time I had even edited it and proof read it too. My nephew dropped by and was playing around with it over the weekend and I didn’t see any harm with that. Its only later that I realized that somehow my hard disk had completely vanished. There was nothing there. Forget the article I had to submit but every piece of work I had ever done was gone. My nephew went into hibernation and stayed away from me while I stomped around screaming and yelling thinking what to do. The article had to be submitted within 24 hours now and I had nothing. Another writer friend of mine dropped in and that’s when I got to know about secure remote support. With some hesitation I called them up and after a few formalities etc I bought their annual subscription for $249. they remotely fixed and recovered my hard drive and there it was my article right on my screen. Thank god.. You are a savior.

My sister’s son is quite the mischief maker. Today’s day and age allows kids to be a little more tech savvy at a very young age. With that advantage the little creep always manages to do something to my laptop, which I cannot decipher, and in the end I have to spend a few hundred dollars to get a tech guy to look at it. I can’t even say no to him, nobody wants to be a mean Uncle!!! Anyway a few weeks back I was dreading their visit as usual. I got an emailer which talked about Secure Remote Support. I did a little research into it and finally was convinced. I signed up and the work began. After my nephew and family left that weekend sure enough he had done something to my laptop again but this time all I did was call Secure Remote and they fixed it immediately. It’s a onetime charge for a whole year. a good deal..

We have a desktop and a laptop. I switched my high speed internet provider to Comcast and had Joe do the wireless set up on my laptop. There were several issues beyond the “simple installation” and Joe was able to reconcile all. There has also been an ongoing problem with printing wireless from that laptop. Joe was able to resolve the issue and we, after 6 months without, can now print wirelessly. He also advised removing the current antivirus hardware we had (Norton) because it was causing all kinds of issues with the running of the computer. We did and now, with the combination of comcast, cleaned up computer and new antivirus software the computers are fast and efficient. Joe also worked on the desktop, cleaning up 3 viruses that Norton was “unable” to clear. It works great. This computer repair service is great. I highly recommend it. The ease of having the computer worked on from my house was really valuable. Of course you need to have internet connection to use this. Joe was able to work on my computers same day and solve issues within 24 hours. He kept me updated on what he was doing and his charges were reasonable

This company does exactly what they say: Joe remotely took control of my computer and spent most of a day on hold with HP. through the whole process. He later told me that they fixed the communication issue in less than a half-hour; what dragged the process was being on hold with HP because after the connection was reestablished the printer still was giving me error messages. He and HP determined the tri-color cartridge had dried out. I was dubious, but ordered a new tri-color cartridge, installed it and it worked! I just called Joe back and let him know that it was working and thanked him for his steadfastness through the whole process (3 days!) I was really impressed that he hung in there on my behalf. I find it frustrating to be attempting communication with computer companies. So it was a relief to have someone else handle this. Joe was respectful, listened very well and really did give me the support I needed through the whole process!

WOW — I quite literally can say that this is by far THE BEST experience ive had with a service related company from start to finish. My computer system basically had been running on toothpicks and band-aids for years, and I recently realized time was rapidly running out before the whole thing spontaneously imploded and left me with nothing but a pile of sticky rubber and wood splinters. The situation, which became progressively and expontentially worse, left me feeling utterly nauseous with worry; as a small business owner, my company’s success relies on my computer system working well (to say nothing of working AT ALL). I called the Secure Remote Support via the generic 800 number, was prompted to answer a few questions, and in a matter of moments was connected with a technician who was ready and willing to help me with my computer. The technician connected to my computer within a matter of minutes, asked a few questions, did a quick once-over, and got to work. After tinkering with the system for a bit, he suggested I purchase a more adequate virus protection program. I said sure why not and within a two hours my computer system was running about eight billion gazillion times better, stronger, and faster! The technician also made some suggestions for a timeline concerning the data transfer and gave me very professional notes as to what to do in the future to ensure a smooth transition. Ultimately, secure remote support saved me a shit-ton of money and an even bigger shit-ton of anxiety. The technician, Joe, was personable, helpful, and cute to boot. Joe, if you are reading this, thanks again! I couldnt be happier with Secure Remote Support! Thanks guys!

Very professional attitude Minus one star for price, iyogi would do it cheaper, but then you have to deal with people who cannot speak a lick of English. The guys at Secure remote did an excellent job, were easy to understand. Its a plus not having to go anywhere and they can work on the computer right from where they’re at. All in all, I will be using them again, and will be referring them to friends and family.

Above-Average I chose Secure Remote Support because of their A rating with the Better Business Bureau. It seems that the couple of negative reviews they have here may be from former employees or by the same displeased customer. I must express that my experience was quite different from the 2 negative reviews i’ve read. If I would have gone by that review alone, I never would have found such an excellent service. My experience has been a very positive one. The only thing that I might complain about is the price. Priced alittle higher than some of the other services I reviewed, im happy that I stuck to it with these guys. Couldnt have been more pleased.

Secure Remote Support is #1 have used other computer repair companies, but none compare to my experience with Joe at Secure Remote Support. The time he took to listen to my problems and work on fixing things was unbelievable. He went above and beyond the quote I was given to fix my User Account problem. I didn’t even give the guy who gave the negative review a second thought, even though Joe said to please call him if I was concerned. I just know I am more satisfied than I have ever been with any computer repair job, and I didn’t even have to take my desktop in to a shop. Joe had to reinstall Windows, he saved my photos, favorites, and all those special things you hate to lose. He went through all the old computer files to make sure he didn’t miss anything. Come on, now…this is customer service like I haven’t experienced in a very long time. I am one of Secure Remote Support’s biggest fans and I want to spread the word. I give Joe and his company a bazillion stars!
